Yes, you are making a Premium subscription purchase on this screen and your I/T admin will need to assign it to you at Power Platform admin center (microsoft.com).

If you made a purchase, the license will be Power Automate Premium. It is under your Admin 365 portal. Click on Your Products, find Power Automate Premium, then assign it to yourself.

If you are an admin of this domain and don't already have a premium license, next click on licenses and make your premium product purchase. Your screen tells me one of two things: 1) you may not be an admin? 2) you haven't made any additional purchases?
That said, click on Licenses and proceed. Please let me know!
You meant for which admin ,
SharePoint Admin or License Admin or Global Admin in power platform. Once we know the role we will check with appropriate admin for the license .

This would be the administrator of your microsoft platform that would handle your microsoft Office licensing.
Hi @AWorley ,I have googled it. There is no Microsoft Platform Administrator role. Is it Power Platform System administrator role ?
