as part of a document approval work flow I have a flow that moves select doc to approval folder(read only) , is it possible to get the users who have access to the folder the doc  is moved to for approval, this will allow the process to notify each person who is requires to approve

    Hi,

There are a lot of variables here and it depends on a lot of different things. First off are you able to pull the list of users who have access to the folder through flow? This will depend on where the folder is located and whether its on premise or if the folder is located in a service. I would recommend playing around to see what information you are able to pull from the folder and seeing whether you can get user data or group data from it and from there we should be able to singled out users from your user list and assign approvals to the appropriate users. This might be something that you want to create a ticket on. I'll include a link below if you would like to go down that route.

If you would like to create a ticket with Microsoft Customer Support here is a link on how to do so: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/get-help-support

    Regards,

    Alex
