Extract data from PDF and split by case

Hello, 

 

I have built a flow that will extract data from a PDF, and use that data to rename the files. This is working great, but for some reason, it is not recognizing any of the spaces between words on different lines in the PDF.

Is there a way to split this by case using a custom delimitator?

    I would have to redact most of it because it is sensitive information. They are pdf's from Tableau reports if that is helpful. I was able to split it by case using the regular expression[A-Z], but it is deleting that first capital letter.
