Forms to Sharepoint List to Excel

Hi! I am having some trouble with flow.

I linked form responses to sharepoint list and from the list, i transferred them to a new excel workbook using Flow.

The form is splitted into 2 sections. It works fine when the whole form is filled.

But, if only section 1 of the form is filled, the responses will not be pushed from sharepoint list to the excel workbook. Any ideas how to resolve this issue?

Thanks!

After condition, you are using Apply to each two times. Why are you using twice? can you explain about it?

    Thanks

When I chose "Project Objectives" and "Implementation Status", Apply to Each automatically appears. And I do not know how to remove it.  I am very new to this. Thanks!

Use variable to store multiple choices. follow these steps-

    1. Use Initialize a variable - Select type-String

    2. Use-Append to string variable- Input- your variable and value - dynamic content of your choice field value.

it will apply to each automatically and store your choices inside variable.

later you can use this variable for your use.

    Thanks
