Create a flow for Teams & Outlooks for Award

Hello,

I need to create a flow that will send messages to Teams (Controller's Org -All under Controller Awards) that will show the Nominee Manager & Submitter Manager information on the message in teams.

Also, create a flow that will send an email to the selected Nominee Name and show the Nominee Manager & Submitter Manager information on the Email.

Hi!

Your best bet here is to make one flow which is triggered when the form is submitted. Depending on how this works, there's a couple ways you could proceed. If this is saving to a data source, such as a Sharepoint list, you could use a trigger 'when a new item is created' to start the flow. Otherwise you'll want to connect it directly to Power Apps.

From here, use the teams & outlook connectors & actions to send out the desired information.
