Need help to automatically create onenote page when new email comes in BUT also update the same page if emails are replied, instead of creating new email for every reply

I created a flow which would create a new onenote file when an email comes up in inbox and it works fine.

The problem is every reply to the email triggers new onenote file instead of updating the same onenote initially created.

Can someone help me with this please.

The simplest way is checking if the Subject line starts with "RE:" and set the appropriate condition.

Below is how my flow looks. Now how can I give an IF command here. Is there something that the flow can use to distinguish if the email is already saved in any page, and if not then create new pages

I've already told you what to do: create a condition and check there if Subject starts with "RE:"

If subject starts with "RE:", then what should the process do? I have multiple onenote pages which were created for new emails, now out of 10 different pages, how does the process know which page to update?

If a  if subject starts with "RE:" it means this email is a reply.

How would I specify which page needs to be updated if the subject start with RE:?

I need it to be dynamic based on the subject.
