Cannot Connect To Desktop Flow In Classic Designer

Very frustrated with this. Flow was working fine yesterday. 

Added some new actions today which put me over the limit for using the new designer and now the connection to my desktop machine is broken. For whatever reason I cannot connect using my personal work account. Tried with username and password, tried connecting with SSO. Deleted all my connection references. Deleted the machine and created a new one. Nothing.

 

Keep getting this error:

 

Connection not found. Please create a new connection and change your application to use the new connection.

 

Went to another smaller flow with new designer and was able to establish a new connection immediately.

 

What gives.

    Now I can't even add a new run desktop flow action to any cloud flow. 

     

    I get this error:

    When I click on fix connections I get this:
