How to add signature or some approval date in to PDF document automatically

Hello ,

I have developed some invoice pdf approval process. here user does not want to open the documents and signed using adobe sign or any other option. Once user click the approval button signature or some text write in to the pdf and save it in to the folder.

Please help me if there is any option available for this.
