Unable to find bot in power automate option

Unable to find bot option

I have created bot in PowerApps.

Kindly advise.

    Hi @sunilshirke,

     

    It is worth double checking if you are meeting all the prerequisites of using a bot for proactive messages:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/teams/advanced-proactive-message-teams#prerequisites

    - The bot must have been published at least once.
    - The bot must be made available to end users in Microsoft Teams, and the end users must have the bot installed. The bot can't deliver the message to the recipient if:
    a. The recipient hasn't installed the bot in Microsoft Teams.
    b. The recipient has uninstalled the bot.
    c. The recipient has blocked the bot.
    d. The recipient doesn't have permission to chat with the bot - in which case you'll need to share the bot with users.
    - Power Automate flows used by the bot must be created in the same environment.

    All pre-requisites are as per the link.

    Bot published but showing in the power automate when I tried to search.. it shows blank.

    Hi @sunilshirke,

     

    You probably have a couple of next steps to find the root cause.

     

    First option would be to create a second bot in the same environment (a very simple one), publish it, make it available in teams as an app, install it and see if that second one does show up in your dropdown.

     

    Alternatively, you could contact Microsoft support and also get them involved with troubleshooting:
