Break out MS Forms multiple choice checkboxes

I need to turn an array style list of multiple choice check box answers into an iterated format.

example3.jpg

I need to take these answers and break them out one checkbox at a time.

Formatted like this:

Indicate Subjects Discussed directly or indirectly:

My Dignity / how I feel people treat me

(carriage return)

My Safety

(carriage return)

My Home / My Placement / My Space

...

Any idea how to achieve this?

Currently all I'm getting out of the raw output is:

["My Dignity / how I feel people treat me","My Safety","My Home / My Placement / My Space",...]

This formatting as it is is making it incredibly difficult to read the information accurately and speedily.

Any help is deeply appreciated.

    Hey Reza,

This video demonstrates exactly what I want to accomplish with my data format, but I'm having a difficult time understanding what I need to accomplish to achieve my goal.

I've followed the steps in the linked video and I get a more formatted string still enclosed in braces.

I'm missing something, I'm certain of it. I'm not sure what I don't know though, so this is really tricky.

Could you walk me through the steps piece by piece?

Thank you very much for your assistance, Reza.
