Compared with other RPA tools, like Blue Prism, UiPath or Automation Anywhere, PAD as an desktop RPA application the performance is really disappointing.
Even looping through a data table already loaded to memory is taking many times longer than other RPA tools, not to mention interactions with applications or webpages.
This is making Power Automate Desktop least competitive RPA tool in the market.
I raised support ticket to Microsoft Support team but their feedback is this kind of performance is designed behavior, and they cannot find anything to improve. I hope if product team see this feedback might consider a little more as you hold the source code and should know best where to improve.
Did you consider allowing disable uploading log to the cloud? Or maybe give an option to switch to use local log instead of cloud log?
