Exporting from Excel to Person Column in SharePoint using e-mail address

I am trying to create a flow to import data from Excel into a Sharepoint list. One of the Sharepoint columns is a person column which allows multiple selections. In Excel, I have e-mail addresses separated by a semi colons populating to this Sharepoint Person multi select column. However, not all of my data has a person(s) assigned. Thus, the Excel column mapped to the Sharepoint Person column has a lot of blanks without e-mail addresses.

As long as there is at least one e-mail address in my Excel column, the export to SharePoint works without any issues. However, if the e-mail address column is blank, the Create Item action fails due to "The Specified User null could not be found". And the entire record for that entry fails to import into the Sharepoint list. Is there anyway, I can have the flow skip the blank e-mail address entries in my Excel table and leave the Person column in my Sharepoint list blank?

Prior to my Create Item action in my flow, I have a Select Data action which splits the e-mail addresses by semi colon prior to sending them to my Sharepoint list. Initially, the Select Data action was failing when it came across a record without an e-mail address. However, I added expression below to my Select Data action which fixed this issue of my flow failing when it came across an empty e-mail address during this e-mail address splitting process

if(equals(item()['RRTRNLookupExportQEmail'],null), json('[ ]'),split(item()['RRTRNLookupExportQEmail'],';'))

However, I have not been able to fix Create Item from failing due to a blank e-mail address. Any thoughts to fix this? Below, I posted the input and output for the Create Item for the flow.

    Hi @trtfefeef2 ,

    One easy method is to add a condition action before creating new item.

    Thanks for your help. I don't have a lot of experience with Power Automate and hadn't considered adding a Condition. I was able to get my flow working.
