Hi community,

Can we copy these kind of error messages or do we need to type them in manually to research?

    Hi @Zitan,

When using the app in play mode, the user will be able to easily copy-paste the text value of the app notification.

Within the Power Apps editor, you can navigate to the specific control property that is throwing the error via the formula bar and hover over the particular error. (red underlining) The tooltip will allow you to copy-paste the error:

Pressing alt + f8 within the respective property will display a dedicated pop-up that does not disappear when accidentally moving your cursor off the error tooltip - this may make copy-pasting easier:

(press alt + f8 again to close the pop-up)

If this solves your question, would you be so kind as to accept it as a solution✔️

If you liked my solution, please give it a thumbs up👍

    Hi @Zitan

One thing to add is that for the data source/Patch type errors that you're seeing, you can call the Errors function to return a table of all errors.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/power-platform/power-fx/reference/function-errors

If you were to add a gallery or data table control and set the items property to Errors(YourDataSource), you can display the error messages in a way that you or an end user can copy.
