Greetings,

I have created a desktop flow to log in a website and perform booking procedure. I need OCR to move mouse to a number on screen, which is given as input. It works on my personal laptop (Windows 10 Home) but fails on company's virtual machines (Windows 10 Pro). The other steps work well, only "Move mouse to text on screen (OCR)" fails, and there is no error given in test run, no error details given in normal run.

Attempts: add "Focus window" and "Wait" before moving mouse action; changes screen multiplier;

"Extract text with OCR" on webpage or image file won't work too.

Please help
