Need Help with "Bad Gateway" Error in Power Automate When Adding Attachments to SharePoint List

I am currently working on a Power Automate flow where we collect user information and automatically create a Word document based on this data. The flow is supposed to attach this document to a SharePoint list item. While the creation of the Word document and its listing works fine, I encounter a "Bad Gateway" error when trying to add the attachment to the SharePoint list item.

Can you show how the Add attachment action is configured?

Make sure you are using the ID from the Create Item and not the one from the Create SharePoint file. Also, why are you using something from Dataverse for the file name of the attachment? Are you sure the file name you are using has the appropriate file extension?  Other than that everything looks right.

    Hi,

I faced a similar problem recently.
In my case the attachment setting was disabled by default. It can be different for you but if it's same as mine then follow the steps below.

    To enable Attachments:
    1. Click on the Settings button on the top right on the List page.

    2. Click List Settings.

    3. Under General Settings, click Advanced Settings.

    4. You will see the second setting is for Attachments. Just enable it.

Note: Ability to access the list settings depends on the level of permissions you have. In case you don't, then reach out to the SharePoint Admin, he/she should be able to enable it for you.

If this post helped, feel free to mark it as the answer.
