Adding personalization to email ( list of recipient from excel file)

Hi,

 

I;m using solution for sending emails form excel file.

Email is sending table with information for specific recipients , and is removing duplication email.

What I need  it to add in body of email

 

Dear {NameOfOwner}} 

You Have ben selected as {SiteName} owner

Below you will find my flow.

 

I have been trying to set a variable but it is not working.
