    Open your flow and edit the step where you send the email.
    Use “Send an email (V2)” action (Outlook or O365 connector).
    In the Body field, switch to “Code View” (the </> icon on the toolbar).
    Write your message using HTML tags.
    Example:
    <p>Dear <strong>@{triggerBody()?['text']}</strong>,</p>
    <p>Thank you for your submission.</p>
    or
    Dear <b>@{triggerBody()?['text']}</b>,<br><br>
    Thank you for your submission.

    Click out of code view or save the flow — Power Automate will send it as rich text automatically.
    Run the flow to test — the dynamic content will appear bold in the email
