I want to create automation for recurring events in my M365 outlook calendar on a weekly and daily basis that automatically posts them as tasks in Microsoft Todo.
The model is based on the rule of 3, and each outcome can support higher outcome.
3 most important outcomes for the year
3 most important outcomes for the month
3 most important outcomes for the week
3 most important outcomes for the day
Possible automation workflow
Weekly outcomes
- Monday at 09:00
- Open calendar invite "monday vision"
- Decide the 3 most important tasks for the week based on the months most important outcomes
- Create 3 separate outcomes in Microsoft Todo under the list "weeks 3 most important outcomes"
- Copy the 3 outcomes to the Todolist "Friday reflection"
Daily outcomes
- Daily at 08:30
- Open calendar invite "Daily Outcomes"
- Decide the 3 most important tasks for the day based on the weeks most important outcomes
- Create 3 separate outcomes in Microsoft Todo under the list "Daily 3 most important outcomes"
