No capacity was found when trying to use "Run a Prompt"

I want to execute a flow which generate a project plan using "Run a Prompt" action, here is the flow:-

But when i run it i got this error:-

You don’t have AI Builder capacity in this environment.
You don’t have AI Builder free trial activated for the account running the flow.

now i went to the power platform admin center, but i do not know where to go exactly ? i assign this to my enviroment under Dataverse, but did not fix the issue:-

You’ll need AI Builder credits. The image you shared shows your Dataverse capacity, but to run AI Builder actions in an environment, AI Builder credits are required. If this is only for testing, you can opt for a trial license instead. Let me know if you’d like guidance on setting up a trial license.
