I have a question and I would appreciate if you could kindly help me:
Here is the process to do a weekly report:
- Collect the input from different departments;
- Send the report for validation to department manager; and
- Distribute the validated report in .pdf fomat via Email
I want to automate the process, what do you think about below process ?:
- Create a group as a weekly report in Microsoft teams and add the report contributers to this group;
- I am not sure I need to use the sharepoint or excel file to gather the data from contributers
- Create a Power Apps inside Microsoft Teams to input the data to sharepoint/excel;
- Create a Power Automate inside Microsoft Teams to remind/ and also send the report for validation
- Create a Power Automate to transfer the report to .pdf
- Create a Power Automate to email the validated report
I would appreciate any suggestions that you can give me, many thanks.
