ReportReport

Hi Folks,

I have a question and I would appreciate if you could kindly help me:

Here is the process to do a weekly report:

  1. Collect  the input from different departments;
  2. Send the report for validation to department manager; and
  3. Distribute the validated report in .pdf fomat via Email

I want to automate the process, what do you think about below process ?:

  1. Create a group as a weekly report in Microsoft teams and add the report contributers to this group;
  2. I am not sure I need to use the sharepoint or excel file to gather the data from contributers
  3. Create a Power Apps inside Microsoft Teams to input the data to sharepoint/excel;
  4. Create a Power Automate inside Microsoft Teams to remind/ and also send the report for validation
  5. Create a Power Automate to transfer the report to .pdf
  6.  Create a Power Automate to email the validated report

I would appreciate any suggestions that you can give me, many thanks.

Have a nice day

    Hello,

    what exactly do you expect from community in response to your post?

    A small note: Excel is not an ideal data source for Power Automate, because whenever the flow is up, PowerAutomate locks the Excel file a few minutes ago. So nobody can change values in the file during this time.
