Can "Clear format" be triggered or simulated by Power Automate?

The Enhanced Rich Text editor for SharePoint lists includes the option "Clear format". This seems to remove all formatting other than line breaks and hyperlinks. Can "Clear format" be triggered or simulated by Power Automate after a user updates the field? This would apply precisely the restrictions on formatting that we want to apply.
