    @Mateus

    You can include any email address in the "Send an Email" action - it does not need to be inside of your organization.

    Just make sure that it is a valid email address.

    Let me know if you need more help.

    @ScottShearer ,I succeed in the flow to internal and external addresses. But I don't get the e-mail if it's external.

    Can you check you junk mail?  I just tested and there do not appear to be any issues.

    Can you send emails to users outside your organization manually? Please make sure you don't have any restrictions with the email that you are using, as @ScottShearer said, there shouldn't be a problem.

    Hope this helps.

    Best regards.

    I can send e-mails manually, just in power automate I can't.

    So I think the best way to address this issue is opening a support ticket.

    If you would like to create a ticket with Microsoft Customer Support here is a link on how to do so: Get Help + Support - Power Platform | Microsoft Docs

    Hey Mate @Mateus

    I did a test and "Send an Email V2" is capable of sending emails outside the organization.

    Please make sure that you are using Exchange Online in your Office 365 tenant and not Exchange servers on-premises.  Send an email will only work with Exchange Online. If your tenant turns it off then external mail can't be sent.

    At times the email address won't be recognized by the suggestion dropdown, but it won't generate an error and it does send the mail.  You just click on the advanced mode icon and add the email.

    Hi @CFernandes,

    I have the same issues with what @Mateus was facing. Your suggestion to make sure that I am using Exchange Online in my Office 365 tenant and not Exchange servers on-premises, I'm using Power Automate using business account. And I'm not familiar with those Exchanges. Should I be asking my IT team about that, then?

    Thank you.
