obtener documentos adjuntos en un registro de Business Central

Hola, buenos días.
Estoy creando un flujo de aprobación para Business Central, y necesito enviar el archivo adjunto en el documento para aprobar como adjunto en el correo de notificación. Hasta el momento no he logrado obtener el adjunto del registro. Alguien tiene una pista?
