Have a flow working since May 2026, runs every hour from 5am-10pm CT and just today around 10am CT i started getting the following error Subscription Core Count Quota Reached\n429.501 TooManyRequests

when it gets to the excel run script part is where it lags and then errors, i check more forums and i updated all my concurrencies on my apply to all, set them all to 1, and failed, added a delay before the script of 2mins and Failed, added a concurrency parallelism 1 on my "When a new emails arrives" and fails
