Hi All,
Is it possible to create a flow with Microsoft Powerautomate to attach folder name and library name as the keyword/ metadata to the document every time the user creates a file or uploads it? This has to be for any new document library created by the user.
I don't want to create multiple flows for individual libraries, I need one flow to scan through the tenancy and identified newly created files (in SharePoint site name starts with DMS) and tag them with the folder and library name. I m ok if the W/F execute periodically.
FYI- Document Libraries will create based on a pre-defined document library template that has the metadata column.
OR my rescue is Logic Apps? preference is to use Power automate.
