AIBuilder is not enabled on the site Error when running Flow

Setting up and training the AIBuilder model for forms processing was very easy. My Flow is also able to retrieve the correct information but when I try to update column metadata based on AIBuilder results I am getting the following error:

Question: How can I even enable AIBuilder for a Site?

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Please use instead the action "Update file properties" and just add the AI Builder output to fill-in the properties., it should work.

    Thanks.

    Hello Antrod,

I have tried this, flow says it works, however, the columns in Document library are not updated with the metadata?  What am I doing wrong?

    Hi @PeggyLang ,

Did you try filling in the properties with plain text just to check it the Update properties actin works? For example, instead of ID variable, put "12345", just for testing purpose. If it still fails, there might be an issue with the SharePoint action that I'm not familiar with. In this case I would recommend 2 things:

    • In your SharePoint list, make sure you are pointing at the correct view (the one that contains your metadata)

    • Ask the question on the SharePoint action failing to update properties in the "Building flow" section of this forum. There might have experts who could help on that.

How would I go about doing this? Do you have an example?
