Add multiple user accounts to outlook trigger in a flow

Hi All,

 

I have created a flow, whenever an email is received in inbox then i should capture the data and insert into sharepoint list.

Now i thought of sharing the flow with my colleague, but it is not working for him when an email is received in his inbox.

It is working only for me?

 

Please help how can this flow work for my colleague also.

    @MPRADEEPSELASTI ,

    You can not use an outlook trigger link to multiple accounts. 

    What you can do instead is to export the flow and give the .zip to your colleague to import it, with some little adjustment he/she will have the same flow working on it mail address. What you need to do after the flow was successfully imported is to check the connections of actions to be set on your colleague name.
