Using a Flow to Send Alerts to Users

Hello Microsoft Community. Currently, we are getting cybersecurity alerts to our shared inbox, when a specific alert comes, I would forward that alert to the user to take action.

Is there any way in Microsoft Power Automation where when an email comes to our shared inbox, it will look for specific criteria in the alert email (Example: Alert Time: 1:02 PM, User \ John Doe) and then send it to John Doe's email address?

I know we can specify email addresses, but it would be on a case-by-case basis because it would have to be it to the email address that matches the "User \" criteria.

Thank you

    Hi @manoya1999 ,

Is this in the body of the email or subject?

Example: Alert Time: 1:02 PM, User \ John Doe
