SiteInspection Template Apps cannot get Latitude and Longitude

I created SiteInspection Template Apps it is working fine and I can create and save new reord on mobile.

 

However, seems it cannot get Latitude and Longitude data even I selected use GPS data and turned on GPS on my mobile...

 

When I goto the excel file the data is created but Lat and Longitude is blank.

 

What is blocking the apps from getting the location ? Thanks

    @hkbeer 

    Have you included in your app, perhaps in the OnStart, the Enable function?  You should have an Enable(Location) statement to ensure that the app has location services on.
