Ticketsystem Forms into Sharepoint

Hi,

i created a Flow using Forms and SharePoint. I simply want to use a SharePoint List as Ticketsystem.
Thats no problem at all, all the Data gets transfered and perfectly set up.

My Problem: The Tickets are created by the Power automate User and because of that i cant use the setting "Every User can just see his own created Tickets".
I already tried to create a column that identifies the User. So u can see wich User created the Form in Forms. But I cant Simply set up the Userview that they just can see their own Items.

There are other way of approaching this, but I suggest using Power Apps to collect the data for the tickets rather than Forms.  That way, the items will show as being created by the Power Apps user and you can leverage the built-in item level security.

    Hi Scott,

Do you have another suggestions for me ? I first started with Powerapps but the People im Working with in my Company arent agreeing this Solution. So is there maybe another Way u can think of ?
it dont have to be nesseccarly Forms. Because im not "allowed" to use Powerapps I just Thought, Forms is the best way to solve this Issue.

thanks alot for your fast response !
    Kind regards
    Nico

You could SharePoint actions to stop sharing the item and then Grant access to the item again.  When granting access, you would specify the individual who created the item and any other group or individual who you want to access the item.  You wouldn't need the "out of the box" item level permissions.  When a standard user went to the list they would only see their own items.

One small issue with this approach is that an item created in the list would be visible and editable by anyone who has access to the list until the Flow runs which could take up to 5 minutes.

I would push for the Power Apps approach...
