Not able to access Key Vault value in any of the power automate environment

Hi guys,

Need a help regarding Azure KeyVault value access .

the KeyVault configured in Azure as per the guideline. in Power automate flow we have created an environment variable to grab the value. But when there is no restriction of IP address then we able to get the value. but when we stop public access and put IP restriction the getting below error.
we have added the Virtual machine IP , Microsoft flow id , and all the IP from the region we are using but still same issue.

can someone please guide me like which IP I can add to make this KeyVault work ?????

Sorry Anna, In my case with public access in Azure we able to access KeyVault but when we restrict IPs then it's not working because Microsoft assign dynamic IP when Bot starts execution. so there is no way to whitelist any particular IP address.
My query is without public access how we will get KeyVault secret value ?
