Hello All,

I am very green with using Power, so far have been messing with it for about 3 hours but keep hitting errors on my test of the flow. As the title states, I am trying to automate NDAs.

How I would like it to work is:
1. User submits a form requesting disclosure on a project.
2. After submission, NDA is sent to them from a sharepoint folder to sign
3. Once sign, the signed doc is saved to a sharepoint folder
4. (a)That user gets access to a another sharepoint folder
4.(b) Email is sent to user confirming disclosure
5. Users name is added to an existing excel of disclosed personnel

Does this sound doable? Thanks in advance! I will start studying with youtube videos.

Yes, that sounds doable. What are you planning to use for the signing steps? Something like DocuSign?

If that is the case have a look at the below example blog from DocuSign documentation.

The beginning is with list items in SharePoint, but you could replace that by Microsoft Forms actions.

Below is my test setup where I followed that same blog and replaced the first two steps.

    Happy to help out 😁
