Update SP list from link

Hi there. I built a SP list. One of the columns is Approved? and should take Yes/No values.

I have a power app from which users make bookings. What I need is when the book button is clicked for a power automate flow to run and send an e-mail to the approvers with 2 links: Approve link and Deny link. So when approver hits approve he should go to a Booking confirmed page, else he would go to another page to write justification for rejection. So, my question is if it is possible using a flow to update a specific SP list item column and how to do this.

Thank you in advance

    Hi,

You can use "update Item" action of SharePoint in your flow to update any item in your SP list.

In the below screenshot, the trigger is PowerApps, so on click of approval/rejection button in your PowerApps, you can trigger the flow to update item in your SP List column. You just need to pass the ID from your app of the item that needs to be updated.

I hope this helps your query.

Thank you for the quick reply. So, i will do a power flow to update SP list item understood. What I am looking for is if someone hits the book now button, an email to go to the approver containing a link which when hit, will automatically update a SP list item. Is that feasible and how?
