Hi Folks,

I'm trying to apply substringof filter in Dataverse list rows action and it returning below error:

rbn_nue_0-1689096630986.png

An unknown function with name 'substringof' was found. This may also be a function import or a key lookup on a navigation property, which is not allowed.

contains also not working.

Can any one suggest a fix.

Thanks,

Robin

    Hi Robin

The equivalent filter operator for Dataverse is contains()

    Here is an example

    contains(crf0e_incidentnumber, 'A6788')

I recommend using the FetchXML Builder tool to build the filter query if you are not familiar with the filter operators. Here are a couple of blog posts from the community on how to use the tool to generate the filter rows parameter.

    Thanks @LinnZawWin

    That worked as expected.
