How to add existing power apps to power pages

Hello,

I have several existing power apps I would like to embed into power pages. Can this be done?
My goal is to have power pages be the hub for specific users to go enter information rather than have multiple links to apps.

Thanks!

@Pineapple26  Yes, model-driven apps can also be embedded in iframe in powerpages

Can you also add a modern driven app form in power pages?

@jnovelliere I have a similar use case. My company wants a demo of a power pages site that allows our employees to log in and see links to the apps, and sharepoint sites they have access to. Were you trying to do the same thing? Or did you limit access to the site to a few individuals?

    Hi Everyone,
I solved it. For my issue I needed to create a group in Azure(Gathering site ID and specifics) -> add this group in power bi Admin portal ->Allow service principals to use Power BI APIs Enabled for a subset of the organization ->Add power bi report to desired page.
Not sure if this is everyone's solution but this worked for me.

    Hi @jnovelliere

    In Design studio:

    1. Edit the page where you would like to add the Power App

    2.  Add a one column section or column of your choice

    3. Click on the three dots and select add iframe

    4. Paste the Canvas app complete URL and hit ok.

    Example canvas app URL: https://apps.powerapps.com/play/e/applicationid02a?tenantId=0d38608b-8921-45be-9759-4a024ec4cebf&source=portal

    Output:

    Hope it helps.

Re: How to add existing power apps to power pages

Embed PowerApps Form on Modern Page using Out of the box SharePoint webpart "Microsoft PowerApps".

To know another approach to achieve the same requirement, refer to Embed PowerApps in SharePoint Modern Page.

    Microsoft PowerApps webpart features,

    • The Web part automatically signs you into PowerApps.
    • The Web part automatically scales the app to the best fit in the canvas.
    • ability to resize the app using the resizer control.
    • Also works in your SharePoint mobile app.

    Note
The SharePoint Site and the PowerApps both should be part of the same Office 365 Tenant to achieve this.

Below are the steps to embed the PowerApps app on the SharePoint Modern page,

    1. Publish the PowerApps form
    2. Get PowerApps App ID
    3. Create a SharePoint Modern Page
    4. Add "Microsoft PowerApps" out of the box webpart
    5. Publish the SharePoint Modern Page

How to get PowerApps App ID

    sasidharan1910_0-1675049144466.png

    • Clicking on the Details option, you can get your App ID as shown below,sasidharan1910_1-1675049144522.png

    • Copy this App ID to a notepad.

How to Create a SharePoint Modern Page

    • Go to your SharePoint Online Site
    • Create a SharePoint Modern Site Pagesasidharan1910_2-1675049144528.png

    • Clicking on the "Page", opens a new page. Name the page and add the "Microsoft PowerApps" webpart using the '+' icon.sasidharan1910_3-1675049144568.png

    • Once the "Microsoft PowerApps" webpart is added, edit the web part and paste the App web link or ID that was copied to notepad.sasidharan1910_4-1675049144605.png

    • Here you can see, how the PowerApp form is added to Modern SharePoint Page.

    Note
We can also use weblink instead of AppID to add the PowerApps form on the page.

How to achieve this with Weblink

    • Copy the web link to a notepad from the details section.sasidharan1910_5-1675049144652.png

    • Add the "Microsoft PowerApps" webpart to the site page.
    • Paste this weblink in App web link or ID as shown below,sasidharan1910_6-1675049144745.png

    OUTPUT
