Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

Hello,

I am new to power automate. I would like to have a form that can be filled out by people outside my organization (the public). One of the questions in the form will be responsible parties email. I would then like to send the provided email a message from my email using additional information from the form (address of building) in the email.

I am not finding a template or any directions on how to create this automation.
