Text message when receive an email

Hello everyone.

I'm pretty new to Power Automate, and I'm trying to creat a work flow to send a text message every time an email is sent to a sharebox, but the text needs to be send to the CCO in that email (this will be most of staff members of the company).

Hi @Cicuta364 ,

I have a flow in production that has been very dependable for about a year now, except with a different trigger. But here's what it would look like if the trigger is "When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox (V2)".

In this example, I have a list phone numbers in a secure folder. Next, I loop through each row in my table and send a text message. This is a Twilio connector and again, has been very stable. The parameters in the connector are self-explanatory and setting up a new phone number/account is pretty easy too.

Hi Tom, thank you for your answer unfortunately this doesn't work for my case, because the update of the database is manual process, which I'm trying to avoid, and is also static, the condition needs to be automatic o select the people that is copied in the email.

Hi @Cicuta364 ,

Understood, it was just an example from trigger to text message. You can replace the List rows present in a table and get the phone numbers from a Group and then loop through that dataset too.

Sorry, I didn't see that last sentence. So if you want to text message people copied on an email, you just use Get User Profile (V2) and get their phone number. I am currently using a similar process with a Forms to SP List since Microsoft Forms doesn't capture the phone number and I pull it from Get User Profile (V2).

this is what i have in my flow but is not working

Error Details The 'inputs.parameters' of workflow operation 'Get_user_profile_(V2)' of type 'OpenApiConnection' is not valid. Error details: The resolved string values for the following parameters are invalid, they may not be null or empty: 'id'
