Does Microsoft Office 365 E3 include PowerApps?
In which environment do we create Power Apps Canvas application under E3? Considering we consume SharePoint connector.
Hi @Anonymous ,
Yeah, the Microsoft Office 365 E3 license includes PowerApps features, so you could access PowerApps features (not all features) through your Office 365 E3 license.
But the Office 365 licenses for PowerApps could not access on-premises data or use premium or custom connectors, and could not access Data storage and management in Common Data Service. Please check the following article for more details:
More details about the updates in PowerApps Licenses and effects in Office 365 license for PowerApps, please check the following article:

Best regards,

Yes, Microsoft Office 365 E3 does include PowerApps. You can use any of the non-premium connectors such as SharePoint & Excel for no additional cost. There's a great deal you can do just with these alone.
There are other premium connectors which you can identify by the diamond symbol beside their name. These require a PowerApps per app license at $10 per user/per app or $40 per user for unlimited apps.

I also have the same question. As I noticed, Office 365 E3 and Dynamic 365 E3 has Power apps right? so just in case if both have Powerapps so what is the difference of Powerapps for each license type? I got a little bit confused and headeach
