Working with Dynamics 365 Lookup fields

Hi All,

I am a noob in flow so hopefully the answer to this one is fairly straight forward?

I have created a flow that pulls data from dynamics365 and sends a weekly email showing a list of won opportunities in a html table.

One of the issues i'm having is how to acess the values of lookup fields and not the underlying ID's they refer to. e.g instead of Owner = "John Smith" I get the underlying ID value.

I have searched forums and websites looking for an answer but unfortunately am yet to find anything to guide me to the function or approach that would help me achieve this.

I have enclosed a screenshot of the flow and example output.

Please let me know if there is anything further I can add that would help.

Kind Regards

Simon

    Hi @SimonHoy,

Does the Owner column is the lookup field that you mentioned?

Do you want to get the Owner = name "John Smith" instead of person ID in the html table?

If you want to get the Owner = name "John Smith" instead of person ID in the html table, please replace the value in the Owner with the name. And I afraid that there is no any other way to achieve your needs.

    Best regards,

    Alice

Is there any update on following? Am trying to achieve the same - simple HTML table (list of records) with data from one entity with Owner ID translated to name from User entity. Any help is more then welcome.
