ReportI am creating model-driven app using power apps for web-browser environment which as the fuctionality for collecting and storing data of different types las in forms for employee onboardings details .But problem rises as to how can these submited as to have approval and review of these data collected and be given to keep history of all changes done whenever editting is after uploads and viewing all collected data .How should solution approach be???
