confirm button not showing on approval page

Hi all,

issue is probably related to browser & screen size.

Some our users reported, that they do not see "Confirm" button in approval page.

I saw this happening in

1. MS Edge (button is not visible until you change the screen zoom to fit whole approval notification on the screen)

2. IE (button is not fully visible, very often there is just half of the button at the bottom of the page)

Any ideas how to solve that ?

many thanks

Denis

    Hi @Anonymous,

I have made a test on my side to see the confirm button on approval page in google chrome, MS Edge and IE, all don't have the issue that you mentioned.

Could you please share a screenshot of the issue in the MS Edge and IE?

Do you have the issue on google chrome?

Please share more details so we would try to provide a proper workaround for you.

    Best regards,

    Alice

    Hi Alice,

below (or attached) you can see screenshots from our environment using diff. browsers (Edge, IE and Chrome).

Only Chrome displays confirm button correctly. In Edge I can see just that there is a button, but no button label (I saw even worse situation, that there was no button at all ... it was a smaller screen laptop)

    Thanks for your help

    Hi @Anonymous,

I afraid that the issue is caused because there are too long details of the request display in the approval page, and it will cause the confirm button not showing on approval page on the Edge, IE.

As an alternative way, you could open the approval page on the Chrome to start the approval.

Also I would post the issue to my product team. If the issue is solved, I would reply here.

    Best regards,

    Alice

    Hi Alice,

it is happening also in cases where the details are shorter ... everytime a scrollbar is visible at the approval page.

Main issue here is, that I am in corporate environment and normal users are forced to use only IE (other browsers are exception just for developers).

Hope that it can be easily fixed by your dev team

    Thank you for your help

Hi, unfortunately I'm experiencing same issue, is there any news aroud this? Or should we keep using Google's Chrome as workaround?

    Thanks in advance,

    P.

    Hi,

unfotunately no news. Chrome is the best solution. What often helps in IE is zooming out whole page. But depends on how big the approval notification is. You can give a try.

Has there been any resolution for this other than to use Chrome?  I am having the same issue with IE and Edge.

I have the same problem.  iPhone footer covers the Confirm button.  I've raised in another post.  Can't beleive this hasn't been fixeds... bit of padding at the bottom of the page.  How hard can it be?
