Hi,

We are developing Power App (form to fill with input) which will be embedded as visual into Power BI report.

App will be used for commenting contents of Power BI report as well as reviewing input made by other people.

Premium connector for Power Apps to Azure SQL database will be bought to send input to database.

All users have Power Apps for Office 365 and Power BI licenses of course.

One full Power Apps license for developer will be bought to use this premium connector to set up.

What about users, those who will fill in input forms and those who will just read the others' comments? Will it be enough for them to have Power Apps for Office 365 licenses or do we need to buy full Power Apps licenses for everyone anyways?

Hi @Julllis , If your PowerApps has any premium connectors and users are going to consume the app by doing CRUD operation on the app, then all user who all will be doing CRUD operation will require PowerApps Premium license.
