Improving a flow.

Hello, I got a flow on power automate that I need help to improve the performance. The main problem that we're facing at the moment is with the timeout of the Response action. I got a Get Rows V2 checking my database to get invoices from a view from the last 3 months, the flow sometimes takes more than 2 minutes to run causing the Response action to fail. The volume of data the view responds to the Get Rows V2 action is around 20k rows. How can I improve this process? Thank you.

Hello, which data source are you using? It would be helpful to see a screenshot of the effected actions in the flow :)

@sroo I'm using SQL Server as the data source.

As @sroo mentioned, it is helpful to show your flow as it provides a clearer idea of what you are doing. As the saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words.

However, is the 20k rows the total number of rows in whatever you are pulling from? If so, add a filter query to just pull the values for the past three months.

The view that the GetRowsV2 is using already has a filter to get the last 3 months.
