Hi
I created a flow and it will not stop sending emails to me. I currently have 500 emails (with nothing but the word "test). It keeps sending.
I tried stopping the flow and then deleted it (probably stupid).
What doi di?
I cheated and deleted all the rows in my Sharepoint list - it was only 20 test rows. Still would like to know what to do!
You appear to be in an infinite loop. Can you post a screenshot of your flow so we can take a look.

Sadly no. In my panic (I was up to 1000 emails), I stopped the flow, deleted it and deleted all rows from my list. Thanks for offering to help.
If you try building your flow again, I would recommend watching the following video before you do. In your flow you must have been using "When an item is created or modified" and you were also updating that item as part of your flow. This creates an infinite loop.
