Is this possible?

I have a powerautomate flow, where it downloads the attachment (primarily excel file) from a sharepoint list to my OneDrive. My flow is as of follows and works:

Now I want another flow (or can it be continued here on my existing one) that will automatically encode the data of the created file to another sharepoint list. Is it possible?

    Hi,

    You can add these steps.

    1. Use the Create CSV table action to create a CSV table from the data in the file.
    2. Use the Encode to Base64 action to encode the CSV table data.
    3. Use the Create item action to create a new item in your SharePoint list and add the encoded data to the item.
