My flow is triggered by a powerapp. It sends an email and the connection is configured as procurement@company.com.
But when the flow runs it sends the email from the user that triggered it. How do I stop this and send as procurement@company.com?

The flow will always send the email from the person triggering the flow. The only way to change that is to add the email to the From field in the Send an email action. But then each user will need Send on Behalf of permission to that account.  That's not a practical solution.

The only other way to accomplish the same result is to create an item in a data source and have the flow triggered when a new item is created in that data source.  That will be an automated flow that will run in the context of the maker. So if you create the flow using the account you want to send as then the emails will be sent from that account.

Thanks. I thought that might be the case.

I suppose I could create a generic SharePoint list that contains columns for recipient, subject, and body. then trigger an email when an item is created.

Or.. I wonder what would happen if I trigger a second email flow from a HTTP call, and pass in those parameters. Although that would require all users to have a premium licence.
