Any plan or schedule for code apps support on Power Apps mobile app?

According to the Power Apps code apps overview, Code apps aren't supported in the Power Apps mobile app or Power Apps for Windows.
To be honest, I don't want to touch canvas apps anymore since code apps are much more developer and agent-friendly. Code apps are just like how we develop web frontends nowadays with Power Apps SDK, with more flexibility than the canvas apps editor or the plan on https://make.powerapps.com/.

I just want to say, what code apps can build are just like other web apps with Vite, why cannot it be opened in the Power Apps mobile app???

If Microsoft does have a plan to support it in the future, is there any schedule for this?

I've been in some meetings with the Code Apps team and there are definitely plans to support opening apps in the Power Apps mobile player. I would hazard a guess at Q3/Q4 2026, but this isn't by any means official.

Part of the complication is implementing offline support for Code Apps in the mobile player, or deciding how an app should behave in those circumstances. This is part of the reason for the delay.

Also, there is other upcoming functionality that's higher up the list. For example, calling a Flow directly from a code app, adding a datasource in an easier way without having to go the connections page in the portal and picking out the guids, GCC support, and native source code control.  Therefore, the development of mobile player support is probably low priority until some of these other features have been delivered.

Calling a Flow directly from a code app is a great idea.
I have tried to use msal (since the token from the Power App cannot be used to call Power Automate) in my Code app to call Power Automate as an API, but what I find is that I need to configure so many things to do
app registrations and allow Power Automate to receive the request from my code app.

Anyway, the user experience of Code Apps in the mobile player is much better than asking the user to open the Code App on a mobile web browser. Some people only recognise the Power App mobile App on their phone. It is good to see they have a plan for this at least.
