Hi,
once the task gets completed in planner, I have to send an email in Outlook to the customer stating that the task has been completed and along with the message I have to send an embedded survey and collect the survey results and store it in a SharePoint list. other than Microsoft Forms what are the options available to send an embedded survey through Outlook email using Power automate work flow.
I am having Office 365 E3 license. any help would be really great. Thanks.
If your survey is not complex, you can try to use this flow as a base:

Hi @annajhaveri , thanks for your reply. Since through Microsoft forms we can send link not the embedded survey inside email, I have looked for other options. I will try custom forms. Thank you so much
@Sheela1 i think the other option for surveys in M365 is Customer voice but that is included in D365 license or a separate license for it. If you want to do it within E3 license then Microsoft forms is the ideal solution, otherwise you can do custom forms deployed in Azure
