Hi there,
I am trying to create a flow to allow me to receive an email including attachments when my Microsoft form is completed, however I received this error:
"Action 'Get_file_metadata' failed"

can you frame path in get file metadata action like as shown in image below.
or if not you can also directly try to get the file content as per the snap below, assuming you can browse till the question id

@JckWhelr , I think you're missing the period/dot ( . ) between "driveId" and "id".
