    Hi @txiong

    Thank you for update.

It's still impossible using variable. Because we can't find all lists using one action. Even though we can put list details in variable, we still need to use 'get items' for each list as we can't input dynamic value in site address and list name.

Thus, we can't achieve it using flow. That's why I try to find other methods as workaround for you.

Sorry for the inconvenience may caused. Hope its clear to you.

    Thanks

    Anna

Is it possible to take all the list items and place it in an Variable array, then use the variables to set it in a custom list with only the specific columns??

    Hi @txiong,

    Thank you for posting.

According to your description, you would like to use flow to get all lists from all sites and save data into a customer list. If any misunderstanding, please kindly let me know.

I’m afraid it’s not feasible using flow. All SharePoint related actions only allow us input a static site address instead of a dynamic one. This is by design behavior and seems no way to overcome it so far.

However, we can try powershell script to get all lists of all sites. But there is nothing to do with flow. It’s internal feature using sharepoint powershell.

To save exported results to a customer list, I believe we can only use CSV import at current stage.

You can also go to UserVoice to raise your idea. Maybe this feature will be available in the near future.
